Shipping, taxes and pickup
We deliver in the following countries : France, Monaco, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, India, Israel, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, China. If your country does not appear in the list, we can still make a quote. The easiest way is to contact us.
Delays : depending on the artwork, it can take between 1 to 10 days to prepare the package. For the shipping, France : 2 to 5 days, Europe : 2 to 8 days. Overseas destinations : in excess of 2 weeks. Each package is tracked via a unique identifier which is communicated to the customer via email or SMS.
Quotes : Artwork of high value or exceeding the limits of traditional carriers requires a specialized art delivery service. For these artworks, you will need to fill out a form to receive under 24/48h a quote for the delivery service.
Art insurance : Delivery prices include an art insurance for added security and peace of mind.
Taxes : For international orders, you are responsible for any additional customs charges that may incur. We advise customers to check their home country's government website for any such information, or alternatively consult with us for further clarification. We provide all the document for customs. Use the following sh code on your country's customs website to check the possible tax amount : SH 97039000 - To calculate the VAT on your shipment, you generally need to add up the value of the artwork plus import duties and fret cost. Then multiply the total by the VAT rate applicable in the destination country. This will give you the amount of VAT you will have to pay for your shipment.
Security : We understand the delicate nature of artworks, and thus ensure that all orders are correctly packed and provided with the necessary protection for its safe delivery. In order to avoid possible theft attempts, the packaging does not bear any logo or inscription suggesting that it is a valuable object
Pickup : If you are not confident in the delivery service and would rather pick up your purchase, during the checkout, choose to pickup your artwork in one of our workshop.
Meeting : if you would like to inspect the artwork prior to purchasing, we can arrange a meeting at the artist's studio. ; all that is required is an email with your contact details: name, email address, phone number. Meetings are free of charge. For French citizen, who want to acquire an artwork over 2000€, we can consider to bring the artwork to you, please contact us for such an enquiry.
