Refund policy

In accordance with the UE e-commerce laws, you have 14 days to change your mind, but we want you to be comfortable with your artwork, so we extend the return period to 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact us and we will send you a return form with the procedure. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will ask for photography of the artwork and the package before you send it back. You are responsible for the package until we receive it back. We strongly recommend that you take the necessary steps to make the return: insurance, customs costs, package materials and trusted delivery service.


Damages and issues

We understand the delicate nature of artworks, and thus ensure that all orders are correctly packed and provided with the necessary protection for its safe delivery. In order to avoid possible theft attempts, the packaging does not bear any logo or inscription suggesting that it is a valuable object. Given the value of the artworks, it is specified that the packages be delivered to the recipients by hand only. It's important to inspect your package upon reception. If the package is opened, faulty, dirty or damaged, you must notify the delivery person, take a photography and fill a form with the delivery person.

If despite all our efforts, your order is defective, damaged, contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution together. Don't be worry, the artist has all the knowledge and experience to repair any of his artwork. 



If after 30 days, you don't feel confortable with the artwork, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can do for you. We could possibly make an exchange. In the worst case, we will proceed to a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if if there was damage on the shipping back. If the artwork is in a perfect condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
